The Human Rights Commission convenes at 4:30 pm on the second Monday of each month in the Coleman A. Municipal Center (CAYMC), room 1208. The meetings are open to the public. Due to the possibility of cancellation or venue change, it is recommended that visitors contact the Human Rights Department between 12:00 noon and 4:00 P.M. on the scheduled meeting day.
Be advised that public access to the CAYMC requires passage through security checkpoints and certain personal items are prohibited. You may contact building security at 313-224-0117 with regard to prohibited items.
Please contact Ms. Joyce McCoy, Executive Secretary II at 313.224.9505 each second Monday morning, from 9:30a.m. until 11:30a.m. to be assured that the Commission will convene as planned. Ms. McCoy maintains the meeting schedule and is the contact person for the Human Rights Commission.
